Shipping:

Shipping is free over $250! We ship everywhere within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally. Shipments are packaged every day and sent out every afternoon. Orders placed after 2pm will go out the next business day. Couriers do not pick up on Sunday or Monday. Any orders placed after 2pm Saturday, will not go out until the following Tuesday.

Return Process:

Please understand that this is a small, local business. We strive to bring the best quality and assortment of women’s clothing to our store daily. Items are available for return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Unfortunately, after the 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted as a return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog or cat hair, cigarette/fire smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. The item(s) must not be washed, altered, or worn, with all tags still attached.

Items sold on sale are not returnable or exchangeable, Items sold on sale are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Jewelry, sunglasses, and candles are final sale.

Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are store credit only, and store credit does not expire.

LadyBird & Grace monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.
